Senior Project Manager - Principal Delivery

Turner & Townsend, a global consultancy that has shaped hospitals, railways, fuel networks and data centres for more than three‑quarters of a century, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Principal Delivery unit. The position sits within a team that moves beyond advisory work to assume full responsibility for delivering large‑scale construction and fit‑out programmes from concept through hand‑over. In this role you will steer the entire project journey, overseeing design, procurement and building phases while keeping programme schedules, budgets, quality standards and risk registers under control. You will act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring transparent communication and alignment at every stage, and you will supervise contractors and suppliers, holding them to high performance criteria. Supporting procurement tactics, engaging with the supply chain and contributing to the continual refinement of delivery processes are also part of the daily agenda. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in construction, project management or a related field and has a solid track record managing construction projects, preferably office fit‑out or comparable sectors. Demonstrated commercial insight, budget stewardship and cost‑control abilities are essential, as is experience coordinating contractors and supply‑chain partners. Strong risk‑management instincts, decisive judgment in fast‑moving settings, and excellent stakeholder communication are required. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, and pursuing or possessing a professional accreditation such as RICS or APM is viewed favorably.
