Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role at Alfa Laval Switzerland AG in Allschwil involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of customer orders, from engineering release to final shipment. The main day-to-day responsibilities include leading and developing the organization through direct-report managers, driving cross-functional collaboration, and establishing clear visions, plans, and priorities. The Operations Manager will also ensure a customer-centric mindset, strengthen the link between customer requirements and production, and lead a culture of continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or a related technical field. Proven experience in leading multi-functional operations in an industrial or engineered-to-order manufacturing environment is essential.
