Blue Earth Capital is a global, independent impact‑investment firm headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with additional offices in London, New York, Madrid and Konstanz. Managing roughly USD 1.9 billion, the firm invests in private‑equity, private‑credit and partnership structures, aiming for measurable environmental and social outcomes alongside market‑rate returns. The Associate / Vice President role sits in the Fundraising & Investor Relations team and reports to the Head of Fundraising DACH, focusing on expanding the investor base across the DACH, Nordic and Benelux regions. In this position you will build and nurture a portfolio of existing and prospective investors, designing customised engagement plans that turn conversations into a prioritized fundraising pipeline. You will align targeting, relationship ownership and execution with the Head of Fundraising DACH, shepherd opportunities from first contact through due‑diligence to final investment decisions, and coordinate internal teams to deliver timely reporting, updates and responses to investor queries. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in private‑markets fundraising, investor relations or distribution, with a track record of contributing to successful capital raises. You should possess deep knowledge of private‑markets, be able to articulate commercial rationale and impact objectives clearly, and demonstrate strong relationship‑building and project‑management capabilities, including meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities. Professional fluency in both German and English and a readiness to travel regularly to the target markets are essential, as is a genuine motivation for impact‑focused investing. Blue Earth offers an entrepreneurial setting where responsibility is given early, close collaboration with seasoned colleagues, and the chance to grow within a worldwide impact‑investment platform. Compensation is competitive and reflects the experience and contribution you bring to the team. What the role asks for: - Relevant private‑markets fundraising or IR experience with proven outcomes - Strong private‑markets knowledge - Commercial judgement and clear communication of strategies - Strong relationship, project‑management, detail‑orientation and multitasking - Fluent in German and English - Willingness to travel regularly to target markets - Clear motivation for impact investing - Direct impact‑investing experience (nice‑to‑have)
