The Tax Manager will be responsible for supervising the group’s direct‑tax obligations throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, working closely with finance colleagues during month‑end closing to manage tax accruals and meet critical deadlines. The role includes ensuring external advisors file accurate returns, maintaining records of tax registrations, handling audit interactions, and keeping abreast of new legislation to advise on risk‑adjusted strategies. Additionally, the manager will evaluate tax‑technology tools, lead special projects from concept to rollout, and clarify tax implications of new transactions or market entries. Candidates must bring deep experience in international tax environments, strong analytical and financial‑modeling abilities, and a methodical approach to solving problems. Effective communication skills are essential for building credibility across all seniority levels, and fluency in written and spoken English is required, with German being advantageous.
