As a Canva User/Specialist, you will be part of the customer team, focusing on enhancing AI training initiatives. The company specializes in developing AI capabilities, and your role will involve using Canva to create and manage design assets for this purpose. Your main tasks will include creating, editing, and managing various design elements needed for AI training. You will work closely with different teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality, consistent designs. Documenting design processes and decisions is crucial for effective AI training and data annotation. You will also provide feedback on Canva workflows to improve team efficiency and maintain organized repositories of creative materials, ensuring proper version control. To excel in this role, you need at least two years of hands-on experience with Canva at a user level. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to follow guidelines precisely while maintaining creativity. Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote work practices is also required. You must be highly organized, adaptable to changing project needs, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Experience in AI training, data annotation, or related tasks is beneficial. A background in content creation, digital marketing, or online education using Canva is also advantageous. Knowledge of basic design principles and visual communication best practices will be helpful.
