Companial seeks a senior Country Manager to build and grow its business in Switzerland. The firm currently collaborates with about 15 Swiss Microsoft Dynamics partners, while roughly 80 partners operate in the market, leaving ample room for expansion. The role centres on recruiting new Dynamics partners, forging strategic relationships and increasing Companial's visibility across the Swiss market. Reporting to the Regional Lead DACH, the Country Manager will work closely with teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Success will be measured by partner growth and market share.
