Full-Stack Software Engineer - AI-Native Product Development

As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer you will join a product‑focused team that blends AI deeply into its engineering workflow, giving you the freedom to shape both the user experience and the underlying services. On a daily basis you will design, implement and ship features that span the entire stack. You will craft intuitive, responsive front‑ends for complex security workflows, build and maintain APIs and backend services, and manage the data layer. AI tools will be used throughout the development cycle, from code generation and testing to debugging and review, while you collaborate closely with product, security and engineering colleagues to turn evolving requirements into polished product experiences. We are looking for engineers who thrive on building complete product features rather than isolated components. You should enjoy front‑end work, care about polished UI, and be ready to dive into APIs, databases and infrastructure when a feature demands it. Proficiency with AI‑assisted development, solid experience in modern front‑end technologies (ideally React), and a background in backend development using Java or a comparable language are essential. Clear English communication and a bias toward action in a rapidly changing environment are also required. Additional strengths that would set you apart include deep expertise with React and modern front‑end architecture, strong Java knowledge, and hands‑on experience with xorlab's stack, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Nginx, Docker and Linux. An eye for user‑experience design, familiarity with cybersecurity or email‑security domains, and experience delivering B2B on‑premise or SaaS products are also valuable.
