Junior Application & Integration Specialist

Evooq, a global provider of technology‑driven wealth‑management solutions, is expanding its team in Lausanne. As a Junior Application & Integration Specialist you will be responsible for steering the technical integration of Evooq’s software into client environments, whether hosted in the cloud or on‑premise, and for overseeing regular version upgrades. Your daily work will involve close collaboration with client technical teams and project managers to install the required infrastructure, configure releases, and guide customers through deployment processes. You will tailor the application to match client specifications, support their application‑management groups during setup, and take part in technical discussions about infrastructure changes. When errors arise, you will analyse logs, propose corrective actions and, when needed, coordinate with Evooq’s product development teams. The role requires solid understanding of system design, development, implementation and user‑support practices, as well as proficiency with SQL databases, Docker concepts, HTTP/SSL networking (including tools like curl or wget), and Linux environments (scripting and environment variables). You should have practical experience troubleshooting information systems, be highly motivated, self‑sufficient, and possess strong customer‑service, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Additional assets include experience with banking platforms such as Temenos or Avaloq, familiarity with financial products and wealth‑management processes, and DevOps skills—particularly Kubernetes or OpenShift. Background in managing IT projects (Agile or Waterfall), knowledge of SDLC or ITIL, and strong documentation and stakeholder‑management capabilities are also valued.
