Base360.ai is developing an AI operating system for short-term rental companies, helping property managers launch, operate, and scale their businesses. The company is seeking a Video Editor to create compelling videos that showcase their product, founder stories, and brand. This role involves transforming raw footage and ideas into engaging content that captures and holds attention. The main responsibilities include editing product launches and brand films, creating founder-led content, producing short-form videos for various social media platforms, and developing paid ad creative. The Video Editor will also handle post-production tasks, use AI creative tools, maintain a consistent visual identity, and improve content based on performance insights. The role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound, and motion to effectively communicate the capabilities of Base360 and the people behind it. To excel in this role, candidates must have a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing, and visual taste. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, along with motion design skills in After Effects or an equivalent tool, is essential. Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, and ElevenLabs is also required. The ideal candidate should be able to hook viewers quickly, turn long recordings into concise stories, and understand how music, silence, and sound effects shape emotion. Nice-to-have skills include experience with SaaS product videos, founder content, documentary storytelling, or paid social ads.
