Nexthink, the market leader in digital employee experience management, equips IT leaders with real‑time insight to detect and resolve issues before they affect users. The company’s AI‑driven Workspace product helps organisations optimise how employees interact with their digital environment, serving more than 1,500 customers and millions of end users worldwide. As a Product Manager on the Workspace team you will steer the full delivery cycle for selected features, from problem definition and discovery through release and iteration. Your day will involve running customer interviews, turning qualitative and quantitative findings into clear product opportunities, and writing detailed requirements that keep engineering focused. You will facilitate agile rituals such as sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives, and work closely with design, product marketing, sales and customer success to align launches and track post‑release metrics. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will also stay abreast of AI and digital‑workplace trends to shape future direction. The role requires three to five years of product‑management experience in a B2B SaaS setting, a track record of end‑to‑end delivery with minimal supervision, and familiarity with AI‑powered features. Strong discovery abilities, the capacity to build trust with engineers and designers, and excellent written and spoken English are essential. A self‑starting attitude and the ability to communicate concise user stories and lead cross‑functional discussions are also mandatory. Preferred background includes work on digital‑employee‑experience or IT‑operations products, exposure to UX thinking or product‑trio collaboration, and knowledge of agile frameworks and discovery methods such as continuous discovery or JTBD. The position is based in Nexthink’s Lausanne office overlooking Lake Geneva, near the Prilly‑Malley train station, and offers a hybrid work arrangement, permanent contract, flexible hours, unlimited vacation plus statutory holidays, a fitness centre, travel‑card reimbursement, French‑class support and a range of on‑site refreshments.
