Base360.ai provides an AI‑driven operating system for short‑term rental operators, consolidating reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments, cleaning, maintenance and reporting into a single platform. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will join a small, founder‑led team that builds the core product used by property managers worldwide, turning real‑world problems into reliable software. Your daily work will involve close collaboration with founders, designers and operators to uncover friction points and decide which issues merit a solution. You will take features from concept through frontend and backend implementation, testing and deployment, ensuring they perform well in production. The role also requires creating intuitive user interfaces, constructing event‑driven automation workflows, integrating AI agents, and developing robust APIs that connect to partners such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI. The position demands proven experience delivering production‑grade software and the ability to operate across both client‑side and server‑side code. You should have hands‑on expertise with React, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI, as well as a solid grasp of APIs, databases, integrations and cloud architecture. A product‑focused mindset, sound judgment on usability and technical trade‑offs, and confidence in working directly with customers, designers and founders are essential. You must be comfortable working independently, owning outcomes, and maintaining a bias toward shipping, learning and iterating while staying curious about AI, automation and operational efficiency. Experience in short‑term rental or hospitality technology, multi‑tenant SaaS platforms, marketplace integrations, AI‑driven workflow automation, product analytics, event‑driven architectures or Supabase/AWS serverless infrastructure is considered a plus. The role offers the chance to influence product direction, see ideas tested in a live operation, and help operators scale their portfolios profitably within a tight‑knit, high‑impact team. What the role asks for: - Strong experience building and shipping production software - Ability to work across frontend and backend systems - Experience with React and TypeScript - Experience with Python and FastAPI - Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and integrations - Knowledge of cloud architecture - Product mindset and curiosity about user needs - Good judgment on usability and technical trade‑offs - Ability to turn ambiguous problems into working solutions - Confidence collaborating with customers, designers, and founders - Ability to work independently and own outcomes - Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating - Experience in short‑term rentals or hospitality tech (nice‑to‑have) - Background with multi‑tenant SaaS platforms (nice‑to‑have) - Experience integrating marketplace or booking channels (nice‑to‑have) - Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation (nice‑to‑have) - Knowledge of product analytics and experimentation (nice‑to‑have) - Experience with event‑driven architectures (nice‑to‑have) - Experience with Supabase and AWS serverless (nice‑to‑have)
