Product Manager - Humanoid Platform

Flexion is creating the intelligence layer that will power the next wave of humanoid robots, aiming to move the technology from fragile prototypes to real‑world use. Founded by experts in robot reinforcement learning from Nvidia and ETH Zürich and backed by prominent venture capital, the company delivers software that runs on humanoid platforms built by other manufacturers. In this role you will shape the experience for engineers who work with humanoid robots, crafting the product roadmap for developer tools such as SDKs, APIs, command‑line utilities, graphical interfaces, diagnostics and integration frameworks. You will also define the productized route for scaling policy deployment, measure and close the gap between simulated models and actual hardware, and create the observability stack for robots in operation. The job involves close collaboration with hardware designers, hands‑on integration work, reproducing issues on real machines, and producing clear documentation, tutorials and reference designs that enable customers to self‑serve while you track adoption through quantitative and qualitative signals. The position requires proven product‑management experience on developer‑facing offerings like SDKs, APIs or embedded tooling, a solid technical base that lets you read C++ code and engage in architecture discussions, and a practical understanding of robot software stacks—including real‑time control loops and sensor/actuator interfaces.
