Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The must-have requirements include 7+ years of relevant finance experience, with senior responsibility as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or similar. Experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or a related project-driven industry is essential. Strong experience in project finance, debt financing, capital raising, and financial modeling is required. Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash management, controlling, reporting, and project profitability is also necessary. The role requires experience working with banks, investors, Boards, and auditors. Native German and fluent English language skills are mandatory.
