Partner Success Manager (EMEA) - DACH Region

OneStream is building a modern finance operating system that helps organisations move faster, clearer and more confidently. The company works worldwide, linking finance teams across continents, and is now looking for a Partner Success Manager focused on the DACH region within the broader EMEA market. This role sits at the intersection of partner ecosystems, internal enablement groups and customer‑success functions, aiming to make partner practices self‑sufficient and high‑performing. Every day the manager will act as the main liaison for implementation partners, providing both technical and functional assistance. Regular health‑check calls, status updates and escalation handling keep projects on track, while guidance on building a centre of excellence within each partner's practice is a core deliverable. The position also reviews project plans, suggests timeline adjustments, and pushes functional enablement to raise customer satisfaction. Creating and sharing partner‑focused content, such as Seismic pages, online courses and solution briefs, forms a key part of the enablement effort. In addition, the role seeks out ways to streamline partner processes, drafts standard operating procedures and collaborates with alliance teams to improve governance and reduce the risk of escalations. The essential background for this position includes a bachelor's degree in a discipline such as accounting, business, finance, information systems, mathematics or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience. Candidates must have at least two years of experience managing projects, stakeholders or accounts, and a minimum of five years delivering consulting or functional account management for CPM/EPM software implementations. These qualifications ensure the ability to navigate complex partner environments and drive successful outcomes. Additional attributes that would strengthen an application are a master's degree in business, accounting, finance or IT, and professional accounting credentials like CPA, CMA, CGA or CA. Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or MFA, as well as other industry certifications, are also valued. Prior exposure to partner‑success or customer‑success roles, deep familiarity with SQL, C#, VB.NET or Visual Basic, and a grasp of object‑oriented programming concepts are considered advantageous. Experience in scaling and optimising EPM/CPM products, working with Azure‑based SaaS solutions, and using telemetry tools for application monitoring further enhance a candidate's fit. Knowledge of platforms such as SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM or FDM is a plus.
