Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as MSAT Process Experts, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, is essential. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation and supporting investigations into validation-related deviations. To qualify, candidates must be university students in fields such as engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or related areas. Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial, along with an analytical and structured approach to work. Attention to detail and good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio, are required. Fluency in English is mandatory. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in German.
