Intern Commercial

Biogen, a mid‑sized biotechnology company dedicated to delivering life‑changing medicines, is looking for an Intern, Commercial on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract at its Baar, Switzerland office. The role sits within the Commercial team of the Swiss Affiliate/CHAT Cluster and supports the Head Commercial and Product Managers on a variety of affiliate‑wide commercial projects across several disease areas. On a daily basis you will help create promotional assets, internal decks and sales reporting tools, while also taking part in launch and post‑launch activities such as event organisation. You will coordinate digital and omnichannel communication campaigns, assist in designing disease‑education and patient‑pathway initiatives, and manage cross‑functional tasks like external congress logistics. Additional duties include gathering and analysing market data, preparing internal updates, reviewing material for compliance, and distributing scientific or commercial information to healthcare professionals and the public. The position requires a completed Bachelor's degree in a Business or Life‑Science discipline (or a recently finished Master's). You must be a native German speaker with advanced English proficiency, demonstrate a proactive "can‑do" mindset, and be able to work under tight deadlines while prioritising tasks. Strong organisational, time‑management and interpersonal abilities are essential, as is the capacity to interpret and summarise complex data clearly.
