Guest Arrivial Coordinator

A seasonal front‑of‑house position awaits you at a resort hotel in Greece, where you become the first point of contact for travelers after long journeys. The role is centred on creating a welcoming first impression for guests arriving in the country, and it is based on‑site rather than remote. Each day you will greet arriving guests, organise their check‑ins, share essential information about the property and the area, and keep the various hotel departments informed to ensure smooth operations. You must stay calm and professional when several parties arrive together, handling administrative duties without panic. The employer looks for candidates with a background in hospitality or customer service, who can manage paperwork confidently and speak English fluently. You need to be organised, attentive, solution‑oriented and ready to work five to six days a week while relocating to Greece for the season. Speaking German or French is considered a strong plus, as many visitors come from those markets.
