Donation Attendant Part Time

The part‑time Donation Attendant position at the Baseline Store (Power & Baseline) supports Goodwill's nonprofit mission by handling public donations, delivering friendly service, and keeping the donation area tidy and organized. Each shift involves greeting donors, receiving and processing their items, sorting and categorising the contributions, and working with the store team to meet sales and operational targets. You will also collaborate on inventory checks and assist in preparing items for resale, while ensuring the donation floor stays clean and orderly throughout the day. Success in this role relies on strong communication, a basic understanding of retail processes, and the physical ability to lift items up to 25 lb, while offering a chance to develop new skills and help Goodwill provide job training and employment services.
