Real Estate Agent

The position is a Real Estate Agent for a Dubai‑based brokerage that connects buyers, sellers and renters with property opportunities across the emirate. The firm supplies all leads, marketing assets, an AI‑driven CRM and even funds the mandatory RERA licence, while the agent contributes the drive and working hours needed to close deals. On a daily basis the agent will guide clients through purchasing, selling or renting processes, build trust, present market options and negotiate contracts. All interactions are supported by the company's CRM and premium Property Finder packages, and the role requires attending property viewings throughout Dubai, which in turn needs a valid driving licence. The company expects candidates to be ready to move to Dubai within one to three months, or already live there, have roughly six months of personal savings to cover initial living costs, possess a valid driving licence (local conversion is acceptable), and demonstrate strong hunger, discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset that treats the desk as a personal business. No previous real‑estate background is required, as a two‑week academy led by a UK‑certified trainer provides the necessary foundation. Working from the Onyx Tower 2 office in The Greens, agents join a family‑run environment where the whole team shares a single space, enjoys quarterly events, regular incentives and managers who are present on the floor. The role is fully commission‑only, offering 50‑70 % of the agency fee paid daily, with no salary cap, and includes a funded RERA licence, employment visa, private health insurance and continuous coaching to support long‑term growth.
