Senior Project Scheduler

Kanadevia Inova is a global leader in waste‑to‑X innovation, turning discarded material into energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer and other valuable products. As a Senior Project Scheduler you will join the company’s project execution team and help ensure that every phase—from tendering through commissioning—meets schedule commitments and contractual obligations. In this position you will create, maintain and integrate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning timelines into a unified execution plan. Daily tasks include applying Critical Path Method analysis, managing float, generating progress reports, S‑curves and baseline deviation studies, and using digital reporting tools to spot risks and corrective actions. You will also provide schedule documentation for claims avoidance, and work closely with internal project teams, customers, suppliers and consortium partners to keep all parties aligned. The role requires at least seven years of experience delivering EPC projects, including civil works and plant installations. You must possess strong technical knowledge together with project‑management, analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, as well as experience linking schedules to ERP or other digital platforms and using AI‑enabled planning tools, is essential. Effective communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills in both English and German are also mandatory.
