Application Specialist (m/f/d) Radiographer

Bayer's Radiology division creates end‑to‑end diagnostic solutions for hospitals and clinics. The company is looking for an Application Specialist (m/f/d) Radiographer who will act as the primary contact for customers, delivering training, support and consultancy across the Swiss market. In this position you will design and deliver customised training programmes that embed Bayer's product portfolio into everyday clinical practice. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help shape new technical concepts and educational content, manage training calendars and resources, and ensure that clients gain the full benefit from the sessions you provide. The role requires a qualified radiographer (TRM, MRTE, MTR, MTRA, RT, RFP, MERM) with several years of experience in radiology, a proven track record in education and a solid network within the local radiology community. You must possess deep product knowledge and certifications in the therapeutic area, hands‑on experience with medical devices, and a good grasp of IT basics as well as RIS, PACS or HIS systems. Business‑administration insight, strong independence, a customer‑centric mindset, and excellent analytical and communication skills are also essential.
