Client Advisor (Internship Agreement needed) - 6 months

TAG Heuer is seeking a Junior Client Advisor for a 6-month internship in their Zurich boutique. The main responsibilities include achieving sales targets, supporting colleagues, and ensuring omnichannel sales. The Junior Client Advisor will also act as a brand ambassador, leveraging resources to build personal connections with clients. This involves collecting and using client data to grow the business and communicating the brand story effectively. Additionally, the role requires contributing to daily processes, using tools like CEGID and Salesforce, and maintaining the boutique's appearance and compliance with internal policies. To qualify, candidates must have a first experience in luxury retail, a passion for watches and related trends, and fluency in English and German. Strong curiosity, selling skills, and a client-centric mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, flexibility, and a team-oriented spirit are also crucial. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of a third language and the ability to bring new ideas and solutions.
