MS Dynamics Architect with German (m/w/d)

The firm is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Architect who will specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and guiding the design of high‑performing customer‑engagement solutions. In this position you will shape the architecture of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights and Dataverse solutions, translate business requirements into secure, scalable designs, and define integration patterns with surrounding systems. You will lead or support migration projects, ensure smooth transitions from legacy platforms, and provide technical governance throughout delivery. The role also involves participating in pre‑sales activities, supporting RFP responses, and presenting proposals to stakeholders, while staying current with Microsoft ecosystem updates and industry trends. The essential qualifications include architect‑level expertise with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights) and Dataverse, solid experience using Azure services such as Service Bus, Event Hub or Functions, and hands‑on work with migration tools and ETL solutions like Azure Data Factory or KingswaySoft. Candidates must understand CRM architecture principles, integration patterns, and have a track record of client‑facing consulting, workshops, and advisory work. Strong communication skills in German and English are required, as is familiarity with the Success by Design methodology. Desirable attributes comprise experience with Salesforce or other CRMs, exposure to multi‑system enterprise landscapes, relevant Microsoft certifications, and a background in discovery workshops across industries.
