The main tasks involve contributing to the global rollout and maintenance of the Transaction Monitoring solution. The role operates within an agile framework as part of a Scrum team. To qualify, candidates must have graduated within the last 24 months in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering. They should have no more than two years of full-time work experience and a strong academic record, with a minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system. Proficiency in understanding application and database concepts, along with strong communication skills, is essential. Candidates should also be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment and have an interest in compliance, regulatory, or governance topics.
