Head Service and Sales Pure Solutions Switzerland (m/w/d)

The position of Head Service and Sales Pure Solutions Switzerland leads SKAN’s Pure Solutions division, which supplies laboratory workbenches and related clean‑room equipment to the pharmaceutical and research sectors. SKAN, founded in 1968, is a market‑leading developer of isolators and cleanroom technology, serving both industry and academic laboratories worldwide. In this role you will be accountable for the division’s profit and loss, shape its strategic direction, and oversee resource and budget planning. You will drive growth by introducing new ideas and fostering an “out‑of‑the‑box” culture, while working closely with internal teams and external partners across sales, marketing, service and coordination functions. The ideal candidate holds at least a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and brings several years of experience in the Swiss laboratory, pharmaceutical or med‑tech market, backed by a solid professional network. Proven leadership abilities—either through prior management experience or a clear readiness to step into a senior role—are essential, as is additional training in business management, sales, marketing or business development.
