Product & Fitting Specialist - Switzerland

Callaway Golf Europe is looking for a Product & Fitting Specialist to join its Swiss sales team. The company designs, manufactures and markets premium golf clubs, balls, apparel and accessories under brands such as Callaway Golf, Odyssey, Travis Mathew and OGIO. The new specialist will be based in Switzerland and will work full‑time on a permanent contract, representing the Callaway brand at retail locations, fitting events and other golf‑related functions. In this field‑based role the specialist will deliver personalised fitting sessions to golfers throughout the country, advise customers on the full Callaway portfolio and help them select equipment that matches their game. Responsibilities include planning and executing fitting days and demo events, supporting golf clubs, PGA professionals and specialist retailers, and contributing to broader sales, fitting and promotional activities as required. The position also demands regular travel across Switzerland and weekend work during the active golf season, as well as the use of a company van and fuel card. The employer expects candidates to share a genuine passion for golf and possess solid knowledge of the sport’s industry. Applicants must have either experience or formal training in custom fitting, be fluent in both German and English, and demonstrate strong customer‑service, communication and organisational capabilities. A collaborative attitude combined with the capacity to operate independently is essential, together with a valid Category B driving licence. The role also requires a willingness to travel extensively, work weekends during peak season and relocate to Switzerland if not already based there. A good command of French is considered an advantage but not a prerequisite.
