Postdoctoral Fellow, UNSW Nuclear Innovation Centre (UNIC)

The University of New South Wales is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow for its Nuclear Innovation Centre, which conducts research on nuclear technologies. This role will contribute to the SocioTechnical nuclear Systems research program, informing national and global conversations about the roles of nuclear technologies. The successful candidate will work in a close-knit team of experts from various faculties, including UNSW Law, Engineering, and Canberra, as well as international research partners. They will be based in the School of Science at UNSW Canberra and report to Associate Professor Elizabeth Williams. To be considered for this role, applicants must have a PhD in a relevant discipline, such as nuclear science, human-computer interaction, or sociology, and/or relevant work experience. They must also demonstrate experience with research approaches, ability to work independently, and a track record of publications and conference presentations.
