To qualify, candidates must have prior experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics, or HRIS. Familiarity with job grading, job architecture, or workforce planning initiatives is beneficial. The role requires comfort working with large datasets and HR reporting tools, as well as experience collaborating with HRIS teams and participating in system testing activities. Strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills are crucial. The candidate must be autonomous, organized, and proactive. Fluency in English is required, with French being a strong asset. Nice-to-have skills include experience in compensation system configuration reviews and related testing activities.
