Content Production Intern

The Content Production Intern will work with the Photo Studio & content team at Guess, a global fashion brand. The role involves supporting the daily organization and execution of various photo shoots, including e-commerce, lookbook, and campaign productions. The intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing the production workflow to ensure all activities are completed on time and according to seasonal priorities. The main day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the preparation and updating of the monthly shooting calendar, ensuring all necessary products and information are ready for each shoot, and coordinating with the team to execute shooting priorities. The intern will also manage samples, track production progress, and handle administrative tasks such as coordinating freelance resources, collecting invoices, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the role involves monitoring post-production progress, ensuring assets are delivered on time, and supporting location shootings for advertising campaigns. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a degree or be currently studying in fields such as Marketing, Communication, Fashion, Business, or a related area. Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce, photography, or production is considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, along with excellent attention to detail, are essential. Candidates must also demonstrate a proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Nice-to-have skills include strong interpersonal skills for interacting with various internal departments, freelancers, and external partners. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is also valued.
