The role is an Intern (m/f/d) in Divisional Back Office & Training Operations. The company is an international organization that values dynamic and collaborative environments. The intern will support various business operations, training activities, and cross-functional projects. The main day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating training programs, workshops, meetings, and divisional events. This involves managing participant registrations, schedules, attendance tracking, and training records. The intern will also organize meeting logistics, prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications, and support project execution by tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, assist with purchase requests, invoice processing, and budget tracking, and contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives. The must-have requirements include currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communication, Project Management, or a related field. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, is also required. Nice-to-have skills include a minimum of 6 months of experience through internships, academic projects, or student organizations involving administration, project coordination, event management, or training support. Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, Power Platform, or similar business applications, as well as data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation, is beneficial. German language skills are also a plus. The location is Selzach (SO), CH, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing for one day of home office per week.
