Cost Manager (m/w/d) Data Centre Construction

The vacancy is for a Cost Manager focused on data‑centre construction projects. The role covers the full cost‑management lifecycle, from early feasibility studies and cost‑estimate preparation through procurement, tendering and contract administration, to post‑contract valuation and final account settlement. Daily tasks include producing and presenting cost plans, managing pre‑qualification and tender analysis, generating monthly cost reports for the client, and supporting change‑control and value‑engineering processes. Interaction with clients and other consultants occurs at every project stage, while maintaining a central knowledge base on estimating practices. Applicants must have proven experience in cost or commercial management on large‑scale construction, preferably within a consultancy, and possess technical knowledge of data‑centre or similar facilities. A solid grasp of construction and procurement methods, proficiency with multiple estimating tools, spreadsheets and databases, and strong organisational, multitasking, listening and communication abilities are required. German language skills are considered advantageous.
