Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator will join Hyperscale Power, a fast‑growing hardware startup that creates end‑to‑end power conversion systems for AI data centers. The company's technology transforms medium‑voltage AC into low‑voltage DC using compact SiC‑based modules, and it is moving from early‑stage prototypes toward full‑scale production. In this role you will handle the everyday procurement and supply‑chain tasks that keep prototype, pilot and volume manufacturing on schedule. Core duties include ordering raw materials, equipment, tools and services; assisting with supplier qualification for critical parts such as power semiconductors, magnetics, PCBs and mechanical components; collecting and analysing data on lead times, inventory and purchase orders; and acting as the main point of contact with vendors, contract manufacturers and logistics partners. You will also help the Head of Operations monitor supplier performance, flag potential risks, keep the Bill of Materials up to date, and support the expansion of the supply base as production ramps up. The position requires a bachelor's degree in supply‑chain management, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience. At least four years of experience in supply‑chain, procurement or purchasing, preferably within electronics or hardware manufacturing, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to juggle several supplier relationships at once. An analytical mindset, comfort with spreadsheets and ERP tools, and a collaborative attitude suited to a dynamic startup environment are also mandatory. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
