The Senioringeniør will also serve as a subject matter expert in administration, regulations, and procurement, and will oversee the planning and construction of VA facilities that the municipality will take over in the mainland connection. Additionally, the role involves managing emergency preparedness within the division and leading projects. The must-have requirements include a relevant higher education in engineering, specifically in VA, roads, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in VA. Strong knowledge of municipal administration, particularly in roads, water, and sewage, is essential. Experience with public procurement and proficiency in using the Gemini portal+ and IT systems are also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian are necessary.
