Sales Associate III

Coach, a worldwide fashion house founded in New York in 1941 and part of the Tapestry portfolio, is looking for a Sales Associate III to act as the front‑line ambassador of the brand. The associate will deliver a personalized shopping experience, uphold Coach’s style and service standards, and help the store meet its sales targets. Daily duties include greeting guests, offering styling advice, and using mobile POS and client‑eling tools to record data and encourage repeat visits. The role requires cross‑selling, upselling, creating personal sales plans, and achieving individual and team KPIs.
