The Head of SCM Strategy & Analytics will lead initiatives to optimize performance, capacity, and footprint, ensuring sustainable growth through effective risk and capacity management. The ideal candidate must have a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related industrial environment are essential. Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within complex international organizations is also required. Nice-to-have skills include a proactive and communicative approach, with a passion for working in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams.
