System Safety Engineer

The company is expanding and is looking for an Aerospace System Safety Engineer in Switzerland. The main responsibilities of the role include leading and executing safety assessments for powerplant, fuel, and related aircraft systems. The engineer will support engine integration activities from a safety and certification perspective, evaluate system architectures and installations to ensure compliance with EASA regulations, and coordinate with propulsion, systems, and certification teams. Additionally, the role involves developing safety documentation and certification artefacts throughout the aircraft lifecycle. Candidates must have a background in engine integration, powerplant systems, and fuel systems. Experience in aerospace safety engineering and a strong understanding of EASA regulations are essential. Knowledge of RAMS engineering and a desire to work on groundbreaking projects are also important.
