Growth Associate Intern

Flink Robotics, a dynamic startup from ETH Zurich's Computational Robotics Lab, is developing autonomous robots capable of handling any item, including unfamiliar ones. The company is revolutionizing material handling tasks such as stacking boxes, sorting parcels, and unloading goods. They are seeking a Growth Associate Intern to join their commercial team and assist in scaling their robots in the market. The main responsibilities of the Growth Associate Intern include working directly with the founding team on strategic initiatives, such as creating investor materials and reaching out to potential partners. The role also involves taking ownership of the operational and administrative tasks that come with scaling a startup, supporting talent management and hiring processes, and researching new markets, customers, and industry events. Additionally, the intern will assist with planning and logistics for company events and initiatives. To qualify for this role, candidates must be recent graduates or students in at least their fourth semester of a Bachelor's degree. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in German being a strong plus. Experience in strategy consulting, a startup environment, or logistics is beneficial but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be proactive, curious, and a clear communicator, with a passion for robotics and the ability to navigate and work structured in a fast-changing environment.
