Senior Consultant - Asset & Wealth Management Consulting

As a Senior Consultant in Asset & Wealth Management Consulting, you will be based in Switzerland. Your main tasks will involve leading consulting projects and engagements for key clients in the asset management industry. This includes working on strategy development, M&A integration, operational benchmarking, and digital transformation. You will also contribute to the firm's practices and various business management areas, such as marketing and recruitment. To excel in this role, you need at least two years of experience in consulting or project management within a leading financial institution or consulting firm. Significant experience with 'blue-chip' financial services organisations, particularly in asset or wealth management, is essential. You should have a strong understanding of market trends and be proficient in areas such as distribution, CRM, portfolio management, and risk management. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with a solid command of Microsoft Office. Additionally, you must be fluent in German and English and eligible to work in Switzerland. Nice-to-have skills include a focus on team achievement and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
