Account Manager - China

MiQ, a global programmatic media partner, is looking for an Account Manager to work from Shanghai, Beijing or Guangzhou. In this role you will retain and expand key accounts through strategic partnerships, successful campaigns and top‑tier service, while also mentoring junior members of the Account Services team. Your daily work will cover client management, campaign management, administrative and technical support, and product and industry insight. You will craft client‑specific strategies with sales, trading, DnA and marketing colleagues, protect and grow accounts through upsell and cross‑sell, and keep regular communication via meetings and business reviews. You will design media plans, oversee creative asset build‑out, manage tag trafficking, activate campaigns, monitor pacing, handle post‑campaign reporting and re‑booking, and support CRM (Salesforce) and invoice queries. Technical duties include implementing and troubleshooting tracking pixels and using tag‑management systems such as GTM or Tealium. You will also stay current on industry trends and translate data into actionable insights for clients. The role requires roughly three years of experience in an advertising or media agency, client‑facing work in programmatic advertising, strong attention to detail and reliability, excellent organisational and communication skills, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn, plus alignment with MiQ's core values and culture.
