The IMPACT HR Team is seeking one or two consultants to design and roll out learning resources that support junior, middle and senior managers in a humanitarian/INGO setting. The assignment builds on a newly launched Performance & Development Framework aimed at fostering continuous growth, trust‑building and feedback‑driven learning across country operations. Key duties include conducting a comprehensive needs assessment with the HR Team, Country Representatives, senior leadership and selected managers; creating two interactive e‑learning courses on the Didask platform, one for junior and middle managers and another for senior managers; producing a practical management toolkit with templates, case studies and job aids; drafting a coaching guide for Country Representatives to mentor middle managers; and developing a change‑management and communication plan that drives awareness, engagement and sustained use of the new resources. All outputs will be reviewed and approved by the HR Team. The ideal consultant must bring extensive experience in adult‑learning methodologies and the design of engaging LMS‑based courses, as well as deep technical knowledge of performance management, team management, crisis leadership, feedback culture, staff wellbeing and development within humanitarian contexts. Proven leadership and management coaching experience, strong writing and instructional‑design capabilities, and a solid grasp of emergency and complex operating environments are essential. The role requires independent work, initiative, creativity, adaptability, accountability and strong collaboration skills, and fluency in English. Additional assets include familiarity with the Didask platform, proficiency in French or Spanish, a track record of facilitating online training in intercultural and international settings, and expertise in participatory facilitation that creates safe, trust‑building virtual spaces. The consultancy can be performed remotely, offering flexibility while contributing to a high‑impact programme that strengthens managerial competence and organizational culture.
