Global Finance Trainee

EF Education First (EF) is a global education company offering language training, educational travel, and cultural exchange programs. The Global Finance Trainee role is part of an 18-month rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to various finance areas. Trainees will explore three different roles across multiple finance hubs and business units, starting in Europe and potentially rotating to locations in North or South America, or Asia. The main responsibilities involve taking on hands-on and challenging tasks, with ownership given early in the program. Trainees will work on projects ranging from large established products to smaller, startup-like initiatives. This variety will enhance learning, provide visibility into EF's entrepreneurial culture, and help develop a wide range of skills needed for future leadership positions. Candidates should have a strong academic background in finance or a related field, and relevant experience is a must. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. The role is based in Europe, with rotations to other continents, offering a dynamic and international work environment.
