Senior Consultant, Tax Transfer Pricing (Geneva) at EY EY's International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice assists private‑capital firms and multinational groups with tax, restructuring, transaction and treasury challenges. The Geneva office is expanding its Transfer Pricing team and seeks a senior‑level consultant to join a market‑leading practice. In this role you will lead transfer‑pricing assignments, ensuring technical quality, effective project management and high‑level client service. You will advise on complex matters such as business restructurings, IP migrations, tax audits, MAP/APAs and supply‑chain transformations, while building trusted relationships with clients. Business‑development duties include spotting opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new‑business pitches. You will work closely with tax, strategy, transaction, valuation and legal colleagues to deliver integrated solutions, and you will coach junior staff, contribute to recruitment and training initiatives, and help with resource planning and project coordination. The position requires 2‑4 years of transfer‑pricing experience, preferably from a Big 4, consulting or international tax advisory setting, and a master's degree in law, economics, tax, finance, accounting or a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate a solid grasp of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and be able to apply the principles in cross‑border projects. Full professional proficiency in English is essential. Additional assets include cross‑disciplinary qualifications such as CFA, Swiss Tax Expert (STEP/STEX), CPA, LLM or PhD, and familiarity with valuation, finance, economics and accounting concepts relevant to transfer‑pricing analysis. Experience with specialised databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, Royalty Stat, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters) is advantageous, as is fluency in French and/or German. The role involves travel and collaboration within international, multidisciplinary teams, and offers a dynamic environment in Geneva with a focus on professional growth and inclusive culture.
