Groups Director

Our company is seeking a Groups Director to join its team in Switzerland, where the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the development and expansion of our Groups business across our international destination network. The company operates a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, and the Groups Director will be responsible for leading initiatives to create a scalable operating model and enhance our Groups technology platform. The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Groups Director will include developing and executing the global growth strategy for the Groups business, driving expansion into new destinations and countries, and collaborating with our Partner Network to implement successful initiatives. The role will also involve further developing and optimizing the Groups IT platform, designing and implementing operational processes, and developing commercial plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives. To be considered for this role, candidates must have proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial Management within the tourism or related industries. They must also possess strong strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to interpret market trends and business performance. A degree in a related field is preferred, and fluent written and spoken English is required, with additional languages being a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving change and innovation. They must also be flexible and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
