Bramble Ski, part of Le Collectionist, designs high‑end alpine vacations, offering hand‑picked chalets across the French Alps, Switzerland and Austria together with a full suite of personalised services. The temporary Chalet Chef role, running from late November 2026 to mid‑April 2027 on a 43‑hour weekly contract, places the chef at the centre of the guest journey, creating restaurant‑quality dishes that enhance the luxury ski experience. Each day the chef handles all core kitchen duties, preparing breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and refined evening meals, and occasionally providing lunches or late‑night snacks when agreed. Menus are planned seasonally, often in consultation with guests, and must respect dietary preferences and allergen restrictions. The chef oversees the entire food‑preparation chain—from sourcing ingredients and managing approved suppliers to cooking, plating and maintaining spotless workspaces. Responsibilities also include ordering supplies, conducting stocktakes, managing the chalet’s food budget, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
