The role of a Process Engineer PAR NPI/LCM at Johnson & Johnson involves working in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically focusing on the introduction of new products into commercial production and the implementation of new technologies and processes. They will also serve as a subject matter expert during audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering, with a Master's degree being preferred. At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2 years in parenteral or pharmaceutical manufacturing or development, is required. Knowledge of late-stage development activities and manufacturing site unit operations, such as compounding, milling, and filling of liquid formulations and suspensions, is essential. Strong planning and logistics skills, as well as proficiency in German and English, are also required. Experience with manufacturing site systems like SAP, PAS-X, or equivalent systems is necessary. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Agile Manufacturing, Analytics Dashboards, and Business Behavior. Knowledge in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control (CMC), as well as Competitive Landscape Analysis, Data Compilation, and Data Savvy, would be beneficial.
