Sales Director Government Programs EMEA

Jet Aviation is looking for a Sales Director Government Programs EMEA to boost business growth in government and special mission aviation across the EMEA region. The company specializes in aviation services, including government and special mission aviation. The main responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and managing a robust pipeline, leading early customer engagement, and shaping capture strategies for key opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to transition opportunities into successful programs and representing Jet Aviation at industry events and with key stakeholders. To qualify, candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in aerospace or defense sales, with a strong track record in government or military programs. A proven track record of success in complex B2G and B2B sales environments is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. Strong commercial and financial acumen, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, are crucial. Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and mission equipment suppliers is also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Arabic, or Spanish. The role requires a willingness to travel across EMEA and internationally (around 50%).
