EURO Broadcaster Information Assistant

UEFA is looking for an Information Assistant to join its Marketing / Media Rights NTC unit at the organisation’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, where the role will support the build‑up to UEFA EURO 2028. The position is a fixed‑term contract running from November 1 2026 until July 31 2028, with the possibility of working from home one day each week. The successful candidate will become the main point of contact for UEFA’s broadcast partners, gathering and passing on technical and operational details through digital channels. Responsibilities include keeping partners informed via newsletters, alerts and service briefs, coordinating with the Media Rights and Production Services teams, and ensuring that content on the broadcaster portals is well‑structured and user‑friendly. The role also involves managing portal layouts through a content‑management system, performing regular checks to guarantee data accuracy, drafting and proofreading technical bulletins, and systematically archiving information for post‑tournament analysis. Applicants need between one and three years of experience with content‑management platforms, a background in media or broadcasting, and prior involvement in large‑scale sports events. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and fluent English are required. Candidates must be prepared to relocate to Switzerland or France, demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, and show enthusiasm for teamwork.
