Knowledge and Information Manager

Additionally, the manager will define and maintain standards, processes, and governance for technical documentation and product data, and drive initiatives to improve data quality. The role also involves analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and translating data into actionable insights. The manager will lead the implementation of digital and AI-based solutions, and collaborate with various teams to implement scalable knowledge and data management processes. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a university degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Information Management, Data Management, Knowledge Management, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, data management, technical documentation, or digital transformation is required. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and Product Information Management (PIM) is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and German language skills are an advantage. Experience with digital platforms, databases, enterprise information systems, and AI-enabled solutions is also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include project management and change management experience. Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, business intelligence tools, or knowledge management platforms is a plus.
