Senior Consultant - Strengthening Private Sector Engagement in CREWS Operations

The position of Senior Consultant – Strengthening Private Sector Engagement in CREWS Operations supports the Climate Risk and Early Warning Systems (CREWS) Initiative, a global financing mechanism that assists Least Developed Countries and Small Island Developing States in building people‑centred, multi‑hazard early warning systems. Implemented by a partnership of the World Meteorological Organization, the World Bank/GFDRR and UNDRR, CREWS is advancing its 2030 Strategy, with Priority 3 focused on innovation, technology, partnerships and sustainable financing. In this role, the consultant will help put into practice the Operational Procedures on Private Sector Engagement, working to structure collaboration with businesses, academia, scientific bodies and civil‑society organisations.
