Amazon Web Services’ Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for a Delivery Consultant who will help customers design, build, and operate AWS solutions that align with their technical needs and business goals. The role sits within AWS’s global group of specialists that partner with client teams and the AWS Partner Network to drive enterprise cloud initiatives across a range of industries. On a typical day, the consultant spends most of the time on‑site or virtually with customers, leading complex projects that span multiple work streams. Responsibilities include crafting scalable and secure architectures, offering technical direction and troubleshooting throughout the delivery phase, and acting as a trusted security advisor to both executive and technical audiences. The consultant also ensures that Amazon’s security standards are upheld in every interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams. The position requires an experienced technology professional with a deep knowledge of AWS products and services and proven ability to design and implement sophisticated, secure cloud solutions. Candidates must be capable of gathering requirements, assessing existing environments, and recommending migration strategies while providing ongoing technical guidance and risk management. Demonstrated expertise in security best practices and the capacity to engage stakeholders at all levels are essential.
